Educators: Conduct the English Test in Spanish

From the state that brought you Rick "oops" Perry, the right of the blind to hunt, and wild pig hunting from helicopters comes this little gem: educators have suggested that one way to raise the scores on the Texas' educational achievement test (STAAR) is to conduct it in the students' native tongue - which if it's not English, is most likely to be Spanish. Ironically, the portion of the test that scored worst statewide was the English portion. You can't make this stuff up.
