Judith H. Dern is senior communications manager with Allrecipes.com where she writes daily posts for Allrecipes’ Fresh Bites blog, manages production of Allrecipes’ Monthly Measuring Cup Trend Report, and in 2011, coordinated production of 11 Allrecipes eCookbooks. Also an independent writer, she is the author of 13 cookbooks, the most recent being The Food and Cooking of Scandinavia: Sweden, Norway & Denmark (2011, Lorenz Publishing).
